In the event that the Customer terminates the contracting of the subscription plan in advance, he/she must notify his/her decision in writing, via email to salesdigitais@cma.com.br, 30 (thirty) days in advance and also pay to CMA, as pre-fixed fine payable immediately, the amount equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the proportional amount due until the end of the plan’s term.

• What are the SAFRAS Platform service packages?
  The SAFRAS Platform has four types of packages: Real-time News Package, Analysis Package, Markets Package and Live Consulting Package. Each package has its own characteristics that can be found at https://safras.com.br/plataforma/ .

• What does the SAFRAS Platform – Real-time News Package offer?
  This package offers real-time news produced by Agência SAFRAS’ team of journalists. In addition to news, subscribers have access to videos from SAFRAS TV, audio from SAFRAS Podcast, information about courses and free access to lectures from SAFRAS & Mercado.

• What does the SAFRAS Platform – Analysis Package offer?
  This package offers exclusive analyzes Agro Hoje (short term) and Visão Agro (medium term), agricultural statistics, export and import data, access to videos from SAFRAS TV, audio from SAFRAS Podcast, information about courses and free access to lectures of CROP & Market. The customer can choose the agricultural crops they wish to contract for this service (soy, corn, cotton, wheat, coffee, sugar & ethanol, beef, chicken, pig, fertilizers, rice, beans and bioenergy), in addition to the subscription period (from 3 or 12 months).

  This package offers physical price quotes and premiums/basis, quotes from futures market exchanges, parities between physical and futures markets, currency quotes and economic indicators, freight and ship line-up, answer questions with market experts, information on hedging operations, real-time news produced by the SAFRAS Agency team of journalists, exclusive analyzes from Agro Hoje (short-term) and Visão Agro (medium-term), agricultural statistics, export and import data, access to videos from SAFRAS TV, SAFRAS Podcast audios, information about courses and free access to SAFRAS & Market lectures.
